My name is Ed Coursey. My wife and I have lived in the Waterford Crossing community for just over four and half years. We have enjoyed the home and community very much. We realize there was an opportunity for us to achieve more of our dreams and desires by finding a home closer to where family relocates. Recently we found that home and made an offer that was accepted! We are now putting our Westhampton home up for sale! We have taken much pride in our home and made some significant improvements to add value to the home. One important one was to have the stucco siding remediated and repaired when we moved in. Most recently an entire new roof was installed and that comes with warranties. The walkout basement had a complete remodeling with electrical, communications, insulation, finished walls, paint and carpeting. The HVAC was replaced along with the Water Heater and Sump Pump. The gutters come with Leaf Guard and there is a Wave Air Purifier for the air system.
