Residents use an Intercom system and a shared Laundry room for basic services. Residents use the Intercom to manage visitor entry. The site includes a Park and has School Bus access for families. School Bus access gives pickup and drop off at the site. Buildings include Elevators and Service elevators to move residents and equipment between floors. The community provides an Exercise Room for fitness and a Privacy Fence around outdoor spaces. The Exercise Room gives a place for regular workouts. The Privacy Fence defines outdoor boundaries and marks shared areas. Management sets a policy that does not allow pets.
