Residents use a Clubhouse, a Pool, a Spa and a Sauna for social and leisure needs. The community provides a Recreation Room, a Game Room, and a Meeting Room with banquet space. Outdoor features include a Lake, a Boat Dock, Fishing, Water Sports, Trails, a Park, Sidewalks, Curbs, and Street Lights. The site also has a Playground, Picnic Areas, Barbecue and Outdoor Cooking Areas, and Storm Drains.
